Claims for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact the office
via email/phone to discuss.
All goods must be returned in their original condition in order for the claim to be processed.
Once the goods have been received, the claim will then be processed.
The postage costs are to be paid by the buyer, unless the claim is a result of a dispatching error
by The World After.
We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, please return goods via
Order cancellations can only be made if the order for product/services has not been
dispatched/actioned. Cancellation of orders can only be made with written or verbal agreement
with The World After. Please contact the office.
